Hi there people. Administrator Berserk X #33 here, and I'm posting the Rules of Behavior to help people in the forum.
The forum will use a 3 strikes rule for repeat offenders.
1st Moderation Action warrants a warning.
2nd Moderation Action warrants a temporary suspencion (48 hours)
3rd Moderation Action warrants a ban.
Previous offences can be lifted if you appeal at the Ask the Moderators section and your case is considered valid.
To people who break multiple different rules, we will give them a suspencion (24 hours for the second rule, 48 for the third, 72 for the fourth, 96 for the fifth) and after 5 faults, the person will recieve a ban.
Also, rules that have an [AUTOBAN] marker, will ban people on the first strike. And rules that have the [LIGHTOFFENCE] marker only warrant moderation action on a repeat offence.

1 - Necrodump is the act of dumping a topic after a certain period of time that it was inactive. Unless it's an update to the content, it's considered inactive after 3 days without activity.
2 - Dumping Abusively is the act of dumping topics without adding new content just to promote your content. Ask a moderator for help bringing it to the front page again. Also, be aware that we have list pages that index all interesting posts. Ask to be placed there.
3 - Spam is the act of creating topics to promote products in an abusive way. If you're openly promoting your content, do it on the specific sections for it (Generaly the Projects sections). If you're doing promotion for third parties, openly talk about it and don't post it multiple times.

- Don't post link to pirated content on the forum, you can talk about it and link external sites that deal with it, but direct hosting the content on the forum is not advised;
- In case of Mods and Hacks of games, please only post the Patch and Mod itself, don't link the download with the original game. It's advised to use Modding and Hacking sites to host that content too;
- In case of Fansubs, please only post the subtitles, don't link to the original footage for download. It's advised to use Subtitle focused sites to host that content too;
- In case of Soundrips and OST rips, don't link the content directly. Use external Rip Archive sites to host that content.
