In my quest to find people talking about diversity in games, I made the delightful discovery of a list of podcasts that talk about diversity in video games! w00t! Here are links to the main pages, a little blurb from their site about them and Twitter accounts connected to each! Here's what I have found so far:
Game On Girl
About:
A weekly podcast hosted by Regina McMenomy, Ph.D. and Rhonda Oglesby. We interview gamers and discuss games, gaming, and game culture. We also have two regular segments, Games in Pop Culture, where we talk about representations of games and gaming in mainstream media, and our WRaP Session where we discuss what we are Watching, Reading, and Playing. Follow Game On Girl on Twitter.
Less Than or Equal
About:
A podcast dedicated to celebrating the accomplishments and contributions of geeks facing inequality in their industries.
Everyone of every gender, sexual orientation, race, color, physical ability, and physical appearance deserves to be treated equally by the tech industry and other geeky communities. We believe the catalyst for a cultural shift toward equality is continued conversation that drives awareness and understanding. Hosted by Aleen Simms. Follow the Less Than or Equal on Twitter.

By speaking with traditionally marginalized voices, Polygamer provides a platform to discuss problems and seek perspective on matters of sexism, racism, ableism, ageism, and more, within our industry, our community, and our games.
